Last time I was in a Pink Sheet stock that had a stock dividend, the stock doubled the day before the dividend was paid. People want to get in before the dividend. EXPH could make a similar move. We'll see. Hopefully, it will happen on or near Jan 1, 2010.

I still would like to see it written in black and white(share structure of the spinn-off). Also timely filings for exph.
