#27 RE: gooddoc #26

Since the company got under new management and got a new aggressive game plan, they have added more shares to the count, but I believe most of that is done, and close to an end, that's why I believe that this is a strong sleeper if gold breaks out.

I don't think we can fairly evaluate the recent action, today FMNJ could've easily closed anywhere from .004 to .008, until the company begins to release more press releases, or the stock gets more volume, or anything else, I don't think we can really access the day's action.

Throughout the year, the company has been a seller I believe, but I'll have to check what the O/S is soon to see if it's increased recently. My thoughts are the stock is severely undervalued at the current market cap, especially if you price in inflated prices in the future for gold, silver, and even copper. Even if the company released the full authorized share count of 800 million, FMNJ would have a market cap of 4M at .005, that's a good price for FMNJ considering future potential growth, revenues, and the value of the land they can mine.

We'll see what happens, I'm expecting something to occur soon... this company seems to quiet lately, maybe we'll be seeing drill results in Bolivia soon? Who knows?

good luck.
