Just wondering. Wondering how you found it and what made you get in. Fill us in.

I got in from a friend where we traveled and bumped into each other on a lot of boards - mostly energy. Product launch was just supposed to be 3 months away. DD - what could be done on software startup all looked good. No one on list any any ill will towards management. We had a great group here back in Dec 2007. Then the employeeds started leaving not getting paid etc.

Like you I think the Boomerang product could be great. I hope they have thier stuff together,,,but them using "exciting opertunity" 20 times in a conference call is not why I am in it. I hope they realize that LA is full of developers who would love to steer content their way and get a nickle on the side. I don't think share holders are the way to look for that.
