Technically we are "stakeholders", and we assumed Rogerson was including shareholders in that adjective. The words and actions of Ms. Labowitz would cause some to doubt that, though.
I do see MC's view that we need to put some focus on things that can help equity as this company emerges from BK (i.e. doing our own DD to help bring to light to frivolous/suspect claims from litigation happy claimants). Google search using "quotes" is a great way to weed out irrelevant information.
