The Company changed transfer agents. I think that is where some of the misinformation probably happened.

You just got to love the blatant cover up that is going on here concerning the share structure.

The current information in the iBox is not accurate since the 5,634,387,181 shares outstanding is from Oct. 13th 2009 which was in Brian Weber's disclosure report. For whatever reason, it shows that the figure is current as of Nov. 20th, 2009!

According to Madison Stock Transfer the shares outstanding have been increasing in November. I made multiple phone calls to the TA and obtained the most current number of shares of 6,494,087,549 on Nov. 10, 2009.

I would like to see supporting documents that can prove the share structure has not changed since Oct. 13, 2009 because my conversations with the TA say otherwise.
