Pink Sheets website has the o/s at 5.6 billion, which if I am not mistaken is roughly where it was when Weber took over. Now the date attached to that number is october 13, 2009... So unless Weber was able to dump over a billion shares in less than a month, i'd have to say that there is in fact a screwup somewhere.
