What I would really like to see is a complete RM. The energy drinks/Code Blue don't inspire me. They have to sell a hell of lot of drinks. These guys have so many other irons in the fire. I am sure they have a half dozen companies they want to bring public
A nice Bio Tech company that has already filed a Reg D that is in dire need of NOL for 2009 would be the perfect fit. All they have to do is bring the filing current......That shouldn't take more than a day or two.
IMO, we won't see any filings or any RM til after the 1st of the year and it may be past February 2010. I really believe that is why everyone is pleading the fifth around here. All good IMO. If they wanted to be dumping stock down here they would be singing like tweety birds. JMO
Instead, I haven't seen anything quite like this before. Only stock in the actual public float is most likely in most of our hands. The insider are obviously controlling the rest of the float, whatever that may be and they are not selling any of it. Yahoo says the float is well over 15 million. If that is the case, quite a few folks are hanging on to their shares very, very, very tight. Why? Why?
You have to admit, this story is getting more and more intriguing by the day.
Girls visit offices, Insiders pleading the fifth, Bk terminated, no real stock to be had. All very intriguing. It is definitely worth holding until we get some confirmation.
It is like panning for gold and I believe there is some gold in them thar hills.....JMO
