It just doesn't click does it?
It is not on the shareholders shoulders.
If Megas would level with us, I'm sure the funds would be there.
What I think happened is that he verbally agreed to pay the retainer fee and Attaway took him at his word and preceded to go ahead and get the first revocation halted or delayed. Then Megas either stiffed him or changed his mind and never followed through with the cash so all legal action stopped.
If you read that impressive PR of Oct. 6th, you'll realize that everything in there was a lie. And you wonder why money isn't flowing into the coffers! GEzzzzzzzz.

Arkait
I think the fact that funds were raised solely based on blind faith in a man that has told us very little over the span of the last 4 1/2 years should be enough to make him already feel admired and respected. The fact is that the majority of shareholders are most likely holding less then 100,000 shares. If all we receive back in the end is a refund, then for the majority of shareholders $100 might equal 1/3 to 1/10 of their total investment. Thats alot to ask at this point with no idea of any results after this much time.

Don't get me wrong. I threw my $100 bucks at it and if this trades I intend to give the next $100 to Megas in person.

Arkait, honestly...why would anyone want to "help" Megas when he continues to fumble? In communication with certain shareholders? You mean the ones who repeatedly show they do not understand SEC rules and regulations and have a history of being ungodly wrong on previous stinky-pinkies?

File the audited financials. You'll be surprised at what doors that will open once Megas proves he and Stew are still holding shares.
