Possible, but with each patient serving as their own control, if you have ten patients and all or most show no effect, that would be pretty interpretable. Where some pattern of signal starts to be meaningful would be the big question.

The way Reg FD has been interpreted by most companies has been: If you find something that would have a material effect on the value of the stock, you have to publicly disclose it. You can't bury bad data unless you are big enough that you can claim that it wouldnt affect your stock price.

I don't think so, though I think a buyout is at least as likely as an outlicensing. This is just my opinion, we'll have to wait and see.
