In all fairness, EI could have gone, with papers in hand, to a judge and had the sale stopped PRONTO !
Pronto means immediate.
Been there, done that.
Or a cease letter would be sent, legal threat, no reason to not release publicly and every reason to.
Even giving some slack with the time frame, going a full week with no action ? C'mon.
Remember, EI was willing to let the sale go thru by inaction. Don't you find that strange ?
