I disagree with a lot of this, but this is a very well thought out post.

Excellent Post!!! IMO, this should be a sticky note or should be in IBOX.

This one is good.
it’s like two pockets on the same pair of pants – its doesn’t matter whether the money is in one pocket or the other

He has stated that he will run with fully audited financials for the new company. This higher level of reporting costs more than what is required for an OTC company. To me, it says that the plan would be to go public on a higher exchange when ready – perhaps AMEX. Going to a higher-level exchange with Etc. Company could not happen immediately, so that is why I think he is starting as a private company first – that gives time and space to develop to a point where it would qualify.

This will give time, space and free of any manipulation and flippers :) Company can just concentrate on sales and business.

TRUMPSTER!

You agree with my .003 - .007 zone, great...

"this would give an asset value per share of about .0025, the company should have a higher market value due to its ability to make money and prospects for growth, so the share price should reflect that, and it does – it is around .008 these days"

Then I would say he might get a credit line similar to EXPO's and work production off that for the time being or get an outright start up loan of some kind which would have to be paid back...(go public ASAP according to JD's alledged email response posted here) Probably an IPO of some kind to raise capital and pay off all debt....there goes your 100mil share count....Waited 2 years but you got free shares and you can avg it out when it goes public with everyone else...IMO....

He has a pink sheet company with no audited fins and no way to track shares and he wants to take another private with AFs...WHAT? Did I get a vote like I was promised? or should I say "told" since the word promise was never used....

Great post North...Not to mention that if/when an IPO of the new company were to occur, it would happen at a time when revenues and profits were flowing during a bull market if previous economic cycles are any indication...

NorthLion, your post should be a sticky! The next time JD decides to do a PR, he should contract you to do it. Jeez, if you would have laid out that PR as clearly and concisely as your post, the pps would have gone up instead of taking a temporary plummet. Great job NorthLion. Much appreciated.
