Kownski are you of the opinion oil floats so higher and is trapped by heavy coral and perhaps a clay mud which is better, or are you thinking oil migrated to the lower level into a sand not hindered by a heavy clay mud or coral limstone formation which allows it to escape?
kownski...this is are fantastic summary of the geology involved in the JDZ, and surrounding area, including AKPO. It's way above my level of understanding, but it may be helpful to the oil savy people on the board.
