Yes indeed, but Megas lack of intelligence in notifying the SEC that he intended on filing is appalling. I know you disagree with me here masta, but I simply cannot believe he did not at least contact the SEC. That is all the litigation document asked and he failed to do so. With that came the SFC basically saying "good luck shareholders, but evidently your CEO does not give a rat's ass about the situation".
