Right now I dont think the company would have the funds for a buyback without LTF as they have loans to make and workers to pay If they were ramped up to full capacity that would make sense to me
For the life of me, I can't figure out how the company could organize such a buyback. They have to buyback hundreds of millions, if not billions of shares. Any significant volume should send the stock price up, and indicate to us that a buyback is in progress. I doubt many will be willing to let their shares go for a loss, especially if they catch wind of the buyback.
