"RUFUS FROm DAY ONE WANTED THIS IN FEDERAL COURT"
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When was "Day One"?

The BS about wanting this in Federal Court didn't happen until his scam was publicly disclosed.

Rufus's "plan" to expose the "bad guys" didn't evolve until after his scam was disclosed either.

If from "day one" this supposed "plan" was the intention, then how can you forgive Rufus for pulling you and hundreds of other innocent investors into his personal vendetta? That's fair and honest???

ANSWER THIS!
Did you invest your hard-earned personal funds into CSHD hoping to rectify the flaws in our f**ked up financial markets or did you invest in hopes of making a buck and providing a better life for yourself and your family?

There's nothing to deny. You may as well be talking about unicorns or other figments of imagination.

"RUFUS FROm DAY ONE WANTED THIS IN FEDERAL COURT

Noone here can deny that"

There is a definitive process in place for taking claims to Federal Court. Having a Grand Jury hand down a “True Bill,” resulting in a criminal indictment is not the process one follows to have the issues you speak of heard in Federal Court. Rufus will appear in this criminal court to DEFEND himself against the allegations in the indictment. Only in your dreams would the Judge say “Oh, I see your point, Mr. Harris! We must now bring in all of these bad guys and prosecute them. Your case is dismissed, Mr. Harris. Thank you very much for bringing this to the attention of the Court.” … only in your dreams; not in the real world.

Rufus was in Federal Court already against the SEC but messed things up.

When pleadings didn't get filed in time by Rufus and then he didn't show up for court to even testify, there was nothing else the lawyer who was preparing the pleadings for him for free could do about the situation without being paid for their services.....end of story.
