FYI..NOT AN EXPERT, but, if there is this great NSS issue that "some" believe then you best realize quickly that only those with verified shares, usually certed, will even see a piece of your pie...Scottrade seems to be the only one "protecting" its clients....If you are one of the unlucky "many" that think your shares are safe for this divy and there IS a NSS issue, guess again...everyone can not get part of a set amount of shares.....
Many will lose, especially if insiders have NOT sold...there is 300mil or more that you do not have access to....Now, are you gonna cert pink shares without knowing where all the shares are...Are you gonna lock them up for "years", at least a few months to secure your divy....many brokerages do not take pink certs back I found in 2008...I went to 7 before I found one....another lesson learned...
Now, don't you think form 3's would help the pps at this point? JMO
