Look how anemic the trades were to lower the Bid, a total of 29,000 shares was all it took to get it in the .018 area, yet over 200,000 shares were purchased at the ask of .022, makes absolutely no sense, the demand is a higher price and it seems trading occurs in the .021 area, so it goes against how the MM are supposed to operate.
