Nice post, well articulated, thought out, comprehensive. But this company's gonna get sold, mark it down. All the talk about manufacturing is, IMO, posturing to avoid a low-ball offer once the bidding starts. Don't get me wrong, I think Dean is being truthful about the steps they are taking to produce if it becomes necessary. I just don't think it's going to be necessary. IMGG may well be worth $20 in 2-3 years but $4 in 2-3 months is going to look a whole lot better. One in the hand, no opportunity cost, etc. Bet on it. IMHO.
