Chad I can flat out tell you there is no promotion lol. Hardly anyone has even posted on it on the other boards except for the MMRF board until today in the last few months except me lol. Ive been in and out of the stock since last year at .02. This time around Ive bought almost 300 k shares at around a .075 average. And today was mainly just me and Bawz early talking about that news. Then of course when it started to move later in the day of course people posted on it I mean it doubled lol. And I can assure you I am not a promoter.

As for the dilution, yeah its not good. 30 M just in the past 3 months have been added to the OS. Hopefully it can stay under 250 M or so by the time they start bringing in some decent revs.

Yes I think the stock will probably retrace, especially with that dilution. But its a great long term buy imo.

As for MMRF not having any real merit. I just dont see that. They have a top of the line ceo who is not a scamster. They have a real product filling a real need in a market that Obama has pledged billions to. And they just opened up the Chinese market.

This is so not a scam. Is it a startup in need of money? Yes. Do they dilute some right now to get money? Yes. Will that stop if/when product starts to sell? That is what they have said. But a pos pink/otc it is not.

The S-1 has not been declared effective yet has it?
Don't they need the SEC to declare the S-1 effective before the company can sell shares off of that S-1?
