Yea, Unfortunately they will probably get away with it. If a person wanted to legally scam someone....being a CEO of a pink sheet company is a safe, effective way to do it. There seems to be plenty of dolts that are willing to give their money away. It's rather depressing to think there are so many people dumb enought to keep falling for the SAME type scams.
I see you had an order in to buy back CLSI. Did it get filled yet?
