Oh, I agree with you completely. And that's pretty much what Mr. Janes has said all along. That is why they sent out the responce to the FDA on Monday vs. Friday because that's exactly what he wanted to make sure of, that the "i's dotted and t's crossed" so there wouldn't be any issues standing in the way of approval.
But for some of these guys/gals on the YAHOO Board to say or lead someone to believe, with exception of a small few, that this had been approved, in the box and on the shipping docks ready to go and all that was needed was a lable is crazy.
I'm sure that IMGG is ready, willing and able to proceed once approval is provided them by the FDA and not something nicely written by someone not in the FDA.
