The lack of current information is not because the company wants to keep the shareholders in the dark. It is because they are working in concert with the regulators to help assure its proper delivery into the public domain and also so that the investors will be able to trade the stock appropriately once the information has been released.

It is not as easy as many would like to make it sound. Everyone is so quick to blame the company for this but I can assure you that the company is not stalling. They are trying to work within the system for the benefit of all shareholders.
That's always been my feeling as well. Shareholders are number one with this company. I feel like a well cared for child.
Releasing things like current sales, etc. without first releasing the 10-K and the 10-Q is not appropriate. First of all nobody would believe the numbers anyway and so it would be an exercise in futility for them to be released.
Awwwwww hell. Now you lost me. Why do you suppose nobody would believe the numbers anyway? And why would you say releasing things like current sales, etc. without first releasing the 10-K and Q would not be appropriate? Haven't they already done that? I mean, what do you think so many would-be investors have been clinging to and sighting as DD? Having PR'd that information WITHOUT backing it up with official filings is what got us here in the first place!
And second of all as we are now mired on the grey sheets, the ability to trade upon important information is virtually impossible and so the company is actually doing its shareholders a favor by trying to wait until a fair and proper trading market has been re-established prior to publishing any material inforamtion.

Now how exactly are we going to get a fair and proper trading market re-established WITHOUT the proper filings again? And wasn't it you who claimed that the company has already...how did you put it, 'made a 15c211 application that necessitates a conformity to fully reporting requirement'?
I used to have such respect for you Mr. Furth. Thankfully that moment passed quickly and I can see again the truth you hide in between the those lines of pure garbage!
