30% off in my mind. If you were willing to pay .0022 yesterday, .0017 is like "Black Friday" I mean that is the point of a pull back. Looks even better for people that got in a little high (relatively speaking, on a very short term basis, imo) and folks that want to add the price looks very advantageous.
