No, that insider information was put out by a former consultant to BEHL who happens to be working with a different algae company as a BoD and the head of their Green Tech division.

A number of people who were fence sitting decided to act upon that insider information.

I called and spoke to Rick. He stated the merger was unlikely at this moment due to difficulties in uplisting to the OTC BB but that RWE was still involved in the current projects and orders and would be in the future.

From what I gathered, speculation, someone had called RWE and he said they are doing DD and no merger at this time. BUT, he said they are still looking into it and never mentioned that there would not be one in the future. Its the typical "take a call and skew it then make it sound like it was a PR". I am remaining optimistic, RWE would not say yes or no, IMO, even if they know, for simple fact that what has happened in this room happened. I translate as it was left open and that they were still looking into it. ALL MY OPINION I may be wrong I may be right, but that would be my take.
