loangranger: I stand corrected based on the Q/A material you directed. I wonder why the regs don't use the term "filed" rather than "current". There is a significant difference but the SEC's Q/A clears that up. So for clarity, I guess a from 211 cannot be filed prior to the filing of the 10K and 10Q.
