This has been covered on this board before, but since you're new and for anyone else that's new, maybe it should be covered again.

The filing you posted reads:
On October 6, 2009, Imaging3, Inc. (the "Company") completed a series of private placements of its common stock...

This offering had been initiated prior to the influx of new investors who drove up the price. You can go back to see three Form D filings from 9/10 - 9/14 indicating the number of shares being offered and how many had already been purchased.

These filings can be found on the otcbb site. I don't know why they're not listed on Yahoo.
