If my memory serves me right DeBeers and delta mining have properties side by side in bolivia or if not very close to one another.
Delta Mining has been holding off on this financing for the longest time saying that there were other parties interested.
Would it not be nice for DeBeers to come forth and take a piece of the action' far fetched not really.
