There is sign for a stone yard and a phone number on it, I believe it was called Southwest Materials they would know what is going on next door. I bet you left some money in Shreveport in the past.

A question I would ask is how quickly do zoning changes go into effect? Considering they had a meeting at the beginning of October in which he presented his case for the zoning change, and no one really knows when they approved the change, and taking into account at the CC he says they approved it which was Nov 4th. How he got the information is another question, was it word of mouth telling him he was good to go, so he started digging since there is no permit required for that while he waits for the zoning change goes into effect? My take is it is too early to find anything with permits considering even the City website is just at the last week of October. I listened to the CC again and he does not say he had permits in hand, just that he got the zoning change request approved.

I'd call the Comfort Sys closest to SJC. They were out at the SJC place. There is a pic in the Ibox if you choose to look at it.

Of course, you could also ask if they were there to fix the plumbing.
