That case is totally different. Why don't you put the whole story up which was that he was putting out false information and inflating the worth of the company as well as pumping like mad on sites and message boards everywhere. You keep ignoring the point I am making that we're not loaded up with shares like Lebed was, and we're not going to other boards pumping up the stock play we're in ahead of time, during or after. As a journalist, I hate when the entire story isn't told... there sure are lots of holes to fill in.
You also left out that the kid was actually given shares and cash by a specific publicly traded company and he pumped that company and inflated its worth and told of revs and other items that were better than they were and that were not being filed.
