I agree,and now that no one makes a market in EDEP and trades are scarce it would be extremely hard to prove,plus even though Tom owns 8.8% of all outstanding shares,he can raise some money,but basicly any large block sold would totaly destroy the 2 cent sales that are takening place.So if he wants a hundred dollars here and there fine;but other sales,say one of 10,000 dollars would be IMO impossible to fill.No buyers.
