Here's a little info I found.. It's hard to find stuff but I guess every little bit helps.. been in this for over a year.. Hopefully the time has finally come for another run..
There's really absolutely no reason to believe they have any rights to any properties anymore. They had obligations in order to keep those rights and I doubt very much that they fulfilled those obligations. I believe there are so many shares in the float that this stock will remain cellar locked from now until they reverse merge it in order to morph into some other highly speculative business where they can issue amazing sounding PRs with a few little gotchas sprinkled throughout.
