i'm not so sure that's true. perhaps no penny flippers care about "the rest", but those who are truly long, and plan to hold for LTCGs, will care about the terms of financing, etc.
if they can uplist to a major exchange and combine that with a few major acquisitions then quite a few in the penny herd will be kicking themselves for not at least holding a core position. the gains from this level could be huge in a year or two. jmho.
