I remember from long ago daytrading....

that it cost over a million $$$ a year, for any company, to remain in good standing, and be a fully reporting, publicly traded company....even if the company did nothing, had no business, no offices, no employees, except the bare minimum. zilch.

.....and that was before Sarbanes-Oxley!
