I don't see any sell-off of Series C in the 10-Q. I see that Paid-in Capital was $123,355,000 at 6/30/09 (per 10-Q filing at the time) and it's $131,815,000 as of 9/30/09 (per latest 10-Q filing). The difference is $8,460,000. That accounts for almost all of the change (decline) in the Series C balance (from $18,424,000 at 6/30/09 (per 10-Q filing then) to $9,859,000 at 9/30/09 (per latest 10-Q filing), a drop of $8,565,000. No one bought any Series C nor is there a new holder or holders IMO. I believe there are 3 different holders of Series C 'hiding' behind the YA curtain.
