Crowded Mind, quick question;

Should message board posters have even 1 more piece of information about a company than the rest of the world that do not frequent the message boards?

Your answer should be: no. This is where I think is the disconnect here.

I personally know easily 1,000 people across the US. I guarantee that if I said WNBD to them; none would know what I am talking about. Same thing with the purchasers of Winning Colours; if they are not penny stock players then they are unlikely after the purchase of the product to go find out who makes it, search the web to see if it is publicly traded, find the symbol WNBD, look up the SEC filings and find nothing but REGDEXs and Form Ds with no financials, call their broker, and put an order in for the stock. Think about how everyone here individually found out about WNBD.

On the WNBD message board, WNBD is beyond popular. Outside of the WNBD message board, the world does not know WNBD but may be familiar with the products. The highest concentration of WNBD propaganda outside of this message board is Barrie, Ontario. I would love to see the Barrie Examiner conduct a poll that WNBD fanatics could not influence and ask the general population, "What do you think about Winning Colours?".

Not leading. Not about WNBD. Not specific about certain products. I wonder what percentage would still say; "What is Winning Colours"?

Other penny stock investors need to buy WNBD stock. period. It is up to the CEO to give people a reason. I still hope I win the $3,000 Sweepstakes BTW.

Good luck.

Where have I ever stated that the product was crap ?.....learn to comprehend what you read. As far as other stocks there are some who provide limited updates between pr's. Now I have to admit, I haven't seen a board where there was an actual personal relationship with the ceo issues convienent memo's on a regular basis, until now.As for my statement in regards to th wc catalyst.....read it again...slower this time. Exit the stock....vitriolic language, you gotta be kidding me. This board has been telling people they don't have competitors.
Winning colors is a green multi-purpose cleaner. THIS IS A CROSSOVER PRODUCT. To actually think wnbd does not have competitors is just plain dumb. Financials.....reporting them accurately is anybody's guess. If you have experience outside this stock, you as an investor should know that.
My trading strategy and reason for being here is not the reason for the current stock price. The reason for the current dip is obvious...THERE ARE NO BUYERS.....most everyone is waiting for these numbers to come out so the market can re-evaluate the market value ( the stock price ). I spent 13 years on the cboe......Your preaching to the choir.

Another point setting WNBD a part

from many other companies

"Usually financials of baby companies are a mess to being with, as inexperienced founders flounder with the books and then a professional CEO comes in and then brings in a CFO to clean up the books and get it to a good shape. It invariable always happens, because at the beginning you are concentrating on getting the company off the ground and not so much about EBITDA. At that point, it actually hurts the company more to reveal its financials than to not reveal it. Does not mean that the company is swindling all the money? No, just that they are better off not paying for a CFO till certain revenue targets are met and such a highly paid executive can be afforded."

however, WNBD has engaged (contractually as needed/required) from the beginning a chartered accountant (equivalent to CPA in USA) in monthly reporting (internally) as well as required filings (payroll, sales tax, year-end, etc.)...

he has been mentioned routinely in 2009. looking back at filings, one can see he has been around (involved) since the reverse merger...

so I have confidence the books continue to be in order, even though I have no idea what those numbers might look like...it's a proper thing to have adequate professional assistance in these matters from the very beginning and through the subsequent periods of growth.

i can't tell you all the junk i've seen posted on pinksheets of internal statements from pk companies - horrible with regard to proper presentation and classification.
