When you start hearing familiar house-hold names like Flying-J, Costco, Chevron, Shell being brought into the mix as product distributors then a sense of reality that can't be flipped for a few measely cents will set in.

I agree, but where were those distributorship deals when Luiten was a major consultant for BLDV and ENCS? There seems to be a presupposition that Luiten is a lock for them and yet he's demonstrated in the past no such certainties.

And again, how have they "procured" or "acquired" anything yet? We've actively demonstrated what little or next to nothing operating capital they have. Before they can start producing gallons of anything, they have to have an operational/functional facility with employees.

There's a major piece of information being withheld from the shareholders if the crux of their plans are to be accomplished. People like myself are not the only ones skeptical, in fact the market sentiment quite clearly is as well. I'm constantly having to ask myself, "OK well how?" every time they release a PR now about something in the works. Even with the points you make about the skepticism, it's still astonishing that this stock is still a chin hair away from it's all-time low.

Convertible bonds? Equity financing? Where's "the beef" as that old lady in the Wendy's commercial used to say.
