imo that 450K block we saw at .013 may have been short covering at the close. they crossed those shares well below the best ask, and before it went off they downticked us on no trades (note the .0135 and .0136 prints bracketing it on the tape).
this kind of action feels really bullish to me. i'm betting tomorrow we start to climb higher at a steady rate.
