I spoke with Susan Zaho @ Hawk Associates- they will file by Monday. They're preparing the extension paperwork at the moment- but with new guidelines and longer grace period, they don't need to file the extension...at least that's also what I heard.
I'm not entirely happy with them filing the extension- but it's so common in China small caps...unfortunately...and CKGT usually files on time, so I can cut them a little slack here.
I never bought this as a quick trade anyway- it's always been a long term buy/hold and buy more on the dips.
The only thing that would change that is a bad report- which I don't think we're going to see.
