Could this be our infrastructure for the Pakistan coal project outlined on BGMO website."200 acres of land next to the Sindh Sea is in place with grid line energy distribution, coal mining. Roads have been developed and the Pakistani government will provide water access at their expense. Complete identification of project is available upon request"
