8 looks about right for me. Neither bashers NOR pumpers have any real data to make their case. It is a bit early in the history of BEHL to really know if it will be successful. Good sector (10/10), good ideas (9/10), uncertain if BEHL has what it takes to be the top of the heap (7/10). I'm willing to be patient for the long haul (though a large bump up would be very nice.)
