I do not think they would split it up into 2 different entities, or companies, it would not be cost effective and probably would confuse any future shareholders/investors.

I did mention the RM while back but not from the TRM angle.

I did some digging last night and the similarities between the two (Xcorporeal/Palmaz) are many as far as becoming a public company.

Looking at the timeframe of the prior one I am thinking something has to happen before year end which is less than 54 days away.

I am growing more confident but remember nothing is a given...
