With all due respect. I think the regulations governing the trading in a U.S. Market, trumps those of companies dealing with foreign companies. My inquiry to the SEC will layout the material information requlations and will simply ask for regulators to review the companies compliance with SEC requirements and their obligations to their cooperating partners. They will determine if compliance is being made or not. Everything else is simply guess work on us as shareholders. Let the SEC get with the company lawyers and if there is something lacking in their disclosures of a material event nature ERHC will be instructed to comply.
