Walldog....can you please provide me a copy of same? I've requested this information from Dan Keeney and he has requested same from the corporate attorneys. I remain in wait despite the timelimits set forth in the F.O.I.A.
My response from the company is that it might just be industry protocol......not a contract or regulation that doesn't allow ERHC to PR information. I could have sworn they stated their silence was due to contractual/regulations. It may have changed.
I inquired to the company after going over the filings and not finding a single thing in this regard. Of course, maybe this will be another amended filing (as like Participation agreements that had to be added via amended filings). Or then again...its simply industry protocol they agreed to follow...and pzz on their shareholders.
So again, I ask you if you can supply this board with the information you know to exist. The co can't produce it....maybe Walldog can?
