10Q is due w/in 45 days of period ending so, in this case (imo) , that would be from 9/30. Considering November had 31 days , I'd agree that this coming Friday would most likely be the day when the 5-day extension becomes due.
Regarding todays volatility ; I was thinking along the same lines as you as being the cause. Its quite likely that traders outside of iHub aren't seeing your latest backdoor DD (especially posts#242 & 244) & are basing their decisions strictly on the 10K. Also , Pinksheets has only partially updated our filing status (& rating)....they've got our updated symbol (HGUE) right and they've got our filings posted but they haven't gotten rid of the unwarranted CE rating insignia as yet. By all rights , that insignia should have been replaced by one of their more preferential ratings by now ( P/s or Q/x for example). Another day or 2 should do the trick ..... imo.
