I think another factor leading to March being considered by some as the date for official news is that the EEZ is expected to have the initial auction of blocks in late Jan/ Feb and some do not feel results will be published before the auction. Add in some delay, and that makes March about the earliest results could be expected.
They mention March then talk of lower SP IMO they want the price to drop. New investors won'tcome in as to far off for news if it is March and talk of lower price also makes them wait to buy. This board is cutting its own throat.
