Funding at the expense of further dilution? What funding sources and how will they recover their investment, convertibles? Next phone call ask your new buddy if the 60 million shares covers all of the debt he holds or is there more looming. If so, will he convert more shares for any additional debt he claims exists. You might also want to ask how CCAJ incurred this debt to him as the company has done nothing for about three years. Where does this debt originate? Is it soley Cornell or is it tied to Amendia? These are legit questions and since you two are pals now he shouldn't have any issues with providing truthful answers to them.
