puppy in case you do not know spng has not filed the 10k yet, we are under sec investigation and were suspended for 10 days.
we are on the greys and doing better than most people anticpated in case you have not noticed. Some people say were are also under investgation by the DOJ or will be shortly.
I thot i would point this all out in case you had something new to add. Didn't think so
