to get to 1000/1500 bbls/month production a company needs few/several million $$ initial investment. a detailed and transparent business plan with real data and solid proof needs be put together and presented to institutional investors. and most important you need a leader with a good reputation and credibility. where there is value, money will follow.
obviously this was never the case here. i do however believe there was a plan in place, just not the one people who bought stock have hoped for.
just another sad pink story ...
