eddie, they were not happy with the performance of the IR people whom they had hired. They were not doing what Ed had expected, and we shareholders were not getting the service that we had wanted.
On the second point, Dr. Shannon had been in the background for a long time, he and Ed have been close for many years.
They were just waiting to get the funding necessary to have him come on board officially and permanently. There was no one serving in that capacity for several years.
