i think we'll see quite a bit of news coverage on these deals when they close, but i doubt it will take the form of a "road show" by the company to investors. there will be no shortage of interest among both microcap investors and larger players imo, so no real need for them to shop themselves around.
speaking of free publicity, it's not uncommon for trade publications to do articles, especially about a company with such an aggressive start in the aerospace industry. i can see the local media in jacksonville also getting involved.
as this unfolds, i doubt they'll waste any time uplisting, either. if they start that process, here's where some analysts may come aboard and issue their reports, but again, this isn't something the company will need to pursue on their own -- a company like this will be the belle at the ball in terms of attracting wall street's attention. jmho.
